We focus on relaxation exercises, an understanding of peng, liu, ji, and an, as well as an introduction to Chan Si Jin, (Chen style Silk Reeling). Occasionally we include qigong sets from various sources that boost energy, combat stress, strengthen the muscular core, and enhance flexibility.
